It forms the foundation upon which Datamars personnel and collaborators, including employees, officers, directors and third parties acting on behalf of the business all act, make decisions and conduct business.
The Code also underpins all Datamars’ policies, guidelines and procedures. It outlines standards of behaviour to ensure all parties act with the utmost integrity and in compliance with the applicable laws, rules and standards of business conduct. The Code also provides specific guidance for handling issues such as harassment, safety, and conflicts of interest.
All Datamars personnel and collaborators, including employees, officers, directors and third parties acting on behalf of Datamars, are responsible for adhering to the Code.
