Code of conduct

The Datamars Code of Conduct (the “Code”) is built upon the Company’s values and principles. It forms the foundation upon which Datamars personnel and collaborators, including employees, officers, directors and third parties acting on behalf of the business all act, make decisions and conduct business.

The Code also underpins all Datamars’ policies, guidelines and procedures. It outlines standards of behaviour to ensure all parties act with the utmost integrity and in compliance with the applicable laws, rules and standards of business conduct. The Code also provides specific guidance for handling issues such as harassment, safety, and conflicts of interest.

All Datamars personnel and collaborators, including employees, officers, directors and third parties acting on behalf of Datamars, are responsible for adhering to the Code.

Supplier code of conduct

The Supplier Code of Conduct (“SCoC”) outlines the ethical, social, and environmental standards expected of all current and potential suppliers. It serves as a foundational document to ensure that suppliers align with Datamars’ values and operate responsibly and sustainably.Compliance with the SCoC is a mandatory condition for establishing and maintaining a business relationship with Datamars. The SCoC applies to all suppliers involved in purchasing, manufacturing, finishing, and providing goods or services to Datamars.

Conflict minerals guidelines

The Conflict Minerals Guidelines establishes Datamars’ commitment to responsible sourcing and ethical supply chain practices. It aims to ensure that the procurement of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (collectively known as “3TG”) does not contribute to armed conflict, human rights abuses, or other harmful activities in conflict-affected or high-risk areas.Datamars requires its suppliers to conduct due diligence on the origin and chain of custody of these minerals and to source responsibly in accordance with international standards. This document supports Datamars’ broader commitment to human rights and sustainable business practices.

Child labour guidelines

Datamars is committed to promoting responsible sourcing practices and upholding fundamental human rights across all its global operations and throughout its supply chain. The Child labour Guidelines is adopted in alignment with the international conventions focused on children’s rights. Datamars strictly prohibits the employment of individuals below the minimum legal working age or any engagement that interferes with a child’s right to education, health, or development.
