The Conflict Minerals Guidelines establishes Datamars’ commitment to responsible sourcing and ethical supply chain practices. It aims to ensure that the procurement of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (collectively known as “3TG”) does not contribute to armed conflict, human rights abuses, or other harmful activities in conflict-affected or high-risk areas.Datamars requires its suppliers to conduct due diligence on the origin and chain of custody of these minerals and to source responsibly in accordance with international standards.
