This International Women’s Day, leading technology solutions company Datamars is encouraging ‘Allyship in Action’ amongst its team across the globe.
Allyship is the active support and advocacy for a marginalised group without being a member of that group. Daniele Della Libera, Datamars CEO, says: “For International Women’s Day 2025, we’re celebrating our female team members across the globe and promoting ‘Allyship in Action’— the ways in which we actively support, advocate for, and elevate women in our workplaces and beyond.
“I’m proud of the incredible employees who make up our workforce across the globe.
“But it’s not enough to just have great people. It’s also about ensuring we’re embedding the right culture to enable our people to be their best, to grow and succeed.
“A diverse team that is inclusive, is a team that can best enable innovation, decision-making, and sustainable growth.
“Allyship is a key foundation for building an inclusive team where we can make the most of all our unique backgrounds and perspectives – when we step up for each other and help each other contribute our very best in unique ways, we create workplaces where everyone can thrive.”
